Transfers & Shipouts

We offer Direct or Shipouts with a viewing service that includes visitation times. 

Memorial Candle

Traditional Funeral Service followed by a Ship Out/Transfer:

This time is set to provide family and friends with a comfortable space to get together and say their goodbyes while being in the comfort of those closest to them. At Celestial, we are able to personalize this time to be as unique as your loved one with a memorial video, items, trinkets or displays that were important to your loved one, or simply memorial pictures displayed. We would love to work with your family to design the perfect gathering experience. This service would be followed by a Shipout or Transfer.

How Long Does it Take?

The duration of a ship-out or transfer depends on a few factors such as:

  • Where your loved one is being shipped (International or Domestic)

  • Depending on if the Doctor has signed off on the Death Certificates. 

  • The day of the week the legal next of kin has made arrangements can also factor how long a Ship Out takes. Arrangements made on a Friday can have services delayed as opposed to a Monday. Shipouts by default, operate on a normal business day basis. This is due to Vital Statistics, the Consulat and the Airport (cargo) working normal business hours. 

  • All insurance (if applicable) paperwork, funds have been completed.
